The “Shit _____ Say” videos may be getting old but from time to time there are some really good ones that make the rounds on the internet. This week’s hump day hottie is Katrina Bowden.You may know her from her role as Cerie in 30 Rock. She was also voted 2011 Sexiest Women alive by Esquire Magazine.

We’ve talked about her talent before and she’s given us a reason to do so again! Vancouver singer-songwriter Kristie Yung released her new single ‘Won’t Let You Hurt Me Anymore’ on iTunes last month. With a new music video and big plans for the future, the Canadian-born musician is on her way to her goal of being added to the list of indie success stories.

Vancouver’s singer/songwriter, Jasper Sloan Yip, might not be quite on your radar yet but you should keep him in mind. He is well on his way to breaking into the spotlight. Jasper started out as a solo artist and over time he has built up a band piece by piece. As the band grew, his and the overall band’s sound has molded into the folkish rock it is today. Jasper Sloan Yip is a soft-spoken and very articulate person which goes hand in hand with the acoustic folk songs he has in his repertoire. Do not let this fool you though. He and his band is more than capable to give the audience a full on rock show that packs a punch.
