On Friday November 13, 2015, Kim Ohman, co-owner and chef at Farang Restaurant in Stockholm and Helsinki, is bringing his modern Asian cuisine to Vancouver with his friend and fellow globetrotter, L’Abattoir’s Chef Lee Cooper. As part of the Visa Infinite Dining Series, guests will enjoy a world-class multi-course culinary experience paired with award-winning wines.
Guests can expect exuberantly aromatic dishes like Ohman’s caramel pork with green mango salad and more subtly refined West Coast flavours of Cooper’s baked oysters, stuffed squid and ling cod in brown butter, all paired with exceptional cocktails and wine from one of Vancouver’s best-edited cellars.
