Eat, drink and cozy up to your favourite person this Valentine’s Day at Gastown’s beloved French-inspired restaurant. This year, L’Abattoir will be offering a special four-course dinner in the private dining room. Executive Chef Lee Cooper has designed a set menu, which will include classic dishes along with his own additions, including baked Pacific oysters; lightly smoked duck breast; braised short rib; and Black Forest gateaux with dark chocolate mousse, milk chocolate cremeaux and cherry sorbet for dessert. Guests will also enjoy specially selected wines paired with each course.
