We All Have Personal Baggage, Let’s Address Them! We’ve partnered with Burnaby Counselling Group’s professional team of counsellors to cast a spotlight on some of our personal baggage that we bring to work and/or back home. The first of three chapters, Dr. Josh Kruse will dialogue with us about stress and anxiety and how we can reduce them. The format will be directed by YOU and so, please bring your questions as Dr. Josh likes to devote majority of the evening in helping you reduce stress and anxiety. Hope to see you there! RSVP by clicking “Attend Event” below. – Sincerely, Jonathan Chan. Next Chapters: Fostering Resilience with Estera Boldut, May 6th, Burnout with Carrie Warkentin, May 20th.
Can’t make it to the event? Listen Live by RSVP’ing to “Listen Live”. We will send you the instructions on how to dial in.
***Please consider making a donation when you’re RSVP’ing. All donations will go to the Burnaby Counseling Group.***

He specializes in depth-oriented psychotherapy helping clients not only work on their current difficulties, but also exploring the development of one’s struggles in order to bring about long term healing and growth.
Some of the areas that Joshua works with include:
Anxiety and panic
Depression and dissatisfaction with current circumstances
Emotional instability
Difficulty emotionally connecting with others
Teenagers and young adults who appear distant and may feel misunderstood
Men’s issues

Working with Joshua could help develop the following:
Tools and resources for coping with stress and anxiety
Greater awareness of how your issue developed, how you typically react, and how to respond more effectively
Stronger relationship with yourself and others

Joshua says, “There is no greater honour then for someone to trust me with their story and be willing to work to make changes in their life.”
