Nervous about trying yoga? Don’t be. We’ve created this class to help you get started.Yoga isn’t about tying yourself up in knots. It’s about untying the existing knots in your muscles. Yoga classes can be relaxing, as well as strong, energetic and challenging.

We will introduce you to the basics necessary to attend any yoga class fearlessly.Yoga will help you de-stress, improve your focus and it will probably help you improve just about any sport you play. Lengthen and strengthen your muscles while you quiet your mind.

No previous yoga experience is necessary.
Mats are provided for free.
