Greenheart Canopy Walkway Grand Opening
10:00 am - 4:00 pm
6804 SW Marine Drive
Experience one of Vancouver’s newest eco-adventure with a bird’s eye view at the Greenheart Canopy Walkway from April 19 to 21. Suspended on tree-friendly suspension bridges, visitor experience British Columbia’s temperate rainforest from heights up to 70 feet high above the ground in the forest.
Located in the UBC Botanical Garden and open seasonally from April to November, the Greenheart Canopy Walkway is a 308-meter (1010 feet) aerial trail system that offers a rare perspective of the natural beauty of the west coast forest from the tree-top canopy.
Suspended high above the forest floor in century old trees, guests will be exposed to a previously inaccessible part of our forest while our knowledgeable guides will explain the local flora and fauna, and explain the importance of forest conservation.
