About Tianne Allan

Tianne Allan, Registered Yoga Therapist, learnt the rewards of training body and mind as a high performance athlete. After an
injury, she turned to yoga for rehabilitation and found that it offered everything she needed to heal and strengthen her body. Tianne’s experience, light-hearted approach and clear instruction enable students of all levels to find ease and joy in the practice.

Tianne is a registered yoga therapist, (International Association of Yoga Therapists), registered yoga teacher and teacher trainer, (RYT500, E-RYT200, Yoga Alliance).
