You are being challenged to walk, run or stroll up the popular Coquitlam Crunch hiking trail. The purpose of the Coquitlam Crunch Diversity Challenge event is to raise money for a Diversity Fund with the Coquitlam Foundation for initiatives that embrace diversity in Coquitlam.

The Coquitlam Crunch Challenge will begin beside the Scott Creek Community Gardens parking lot between Lansdowne and Guildford Way.

There will be 2 categories of participation.

Option 1) will be the “Make It or Break It” category that will start at 8:00am and end at 12 Noon. The goal of this option will be to walk up and down the Coquitlam Crunch as many times as possible in a 4-hour period and try to make, or break, 4 times in 4 hours.

Option 2) will be the Recreational Category beginning at 10:00am until 12:00 noon. The goal of this category is to come out, get some exercise, enjoy the day and try to complete the Coquitlam Crunch at least once or even twice in two hours.

Register online at or on location the morning of the event.

This event is open to everyone (all ages/fitness levels) whether you wish to make a donation or not. Suggested donation is $20 for Adults and $10 for Youth or, $40 for a Family.
