For the 1st class of the series, we will introduce you to stocks, soups and stews. Here is what will be demonstrated in the class:
The classic chicken stock, base of so many dishes! Make it healthier, better and cheaper; make it yourself!
“Soupe au pistou”: this traditional, vegetables and bean soup, healthy and heart warming, is easy and delicious, any time of the year! Served with the indispensable “pistou” paste, for extra flavor!
“Chicken Coq au Vin” Chicken cooked in a red wine and mushroom sauce. That bring your chicken to the next level! Through the demonstration, you’ll understand how to make easily any kind of meat stew.
You will be served a savory snack upon arrival, and get to eat everything that is made during the class, while enjoying a glass of wine! We’ll even have a little sweet treat for you to bring home… because it’s hard to finish without something sweet 😉
