Cooking Class Kitchen Skills: Don’t Fear the Fish

For the third class of the series, we will demystify the fear of cooking fish. Attendees to this class, led by Valentine Kitamura at Powell Street’s Uncommon Café, will be shown how to cook Mussels in White Wine and Cream Sauce, Herb-Crusted Salmon, and Pan Fried Cod with Sauce Beurre Blanc.
The class is priced at $60 or $50 when booked one week prior.
