Choux & Champagne!!! Eclairs & Choux Pastry Cooking Class

Choux Pastry is the new baking craze from France!!! And way easier than macarons 😉
Here are a few things we will learn in this class:
– Gougères: the savory version, with cheese added in the dough
– Choux a la crème: the classic cream puff
– Profiteroles: the choux is filled with whipped cream and covered with warm chocolate sauce
– Chouquettes: cute and simple little puff simply covered with crunchy sugar bits
– Eclairs: the long version of the choux, filled with pastry cream
The class is as much hands on as possible. I will demonstrate how to do the dough and fillings, and everyone will get a chance to pipe the choux, fill them and decorate them!
Savory snack upon arrival, and get to eat everything that is made during the class, while enjoying sparkling wine! Bring containers to take your creations home!
