On Wednesday April 15th, 2015, join chefs Adair Scott of Watermark Beach Resort and Derek Uhlemann of Covert Farms for a four-course farm-to-beach Guest Chef Market Dinner in the custom designed private dining room at Edible Canada at the Market.Showcasing the culinary treasures of the Okanagan, Chef Adair will feature some of the regions best kept secrets paired with Covert Farms wines thoughtfully selected by Derek Uhlemann. Covert Farms is truly one of the top leaders in quality fruit, vegetable and grape production in the Okanagan for more than 50 years, and a major supplier in Western Canada. At this one-of-a-kind evening, guests will also enjoy a 10% discount in the Edible Canada Retail Store and on future tours booked at the event.
