Good day CAMRA Members,

 Elections for the 2016 executive will take place at the CAMRA Vancouver AGM on Saturday, February 27th 2016 at The Biltmore Cabaret, located at 395 Kingsway. To be eligible to vote, you must be a paid up CAMRA member and attend the AGM in person.

We are accepting nominations for all positions on the executive in advance of the AGM. It is also possible to make a nomination at the AGM.

To be eligible for election, the nominee must be a CAMRA member, willing to run for a position, and be present at the AGM.

Treasurer

Membership

Corporate Liaison

Events Coordinator

Education Liaison

AGM Details

Time and Date: Saturday, February 27th, 12-3pm

Location: 395 Kingsway, Vancouver

Each member in attendance will receive a *bonus* 16oz sleeve of cask ale, courtesy of CAMRA Vancouver (while supplies last).  There will be a selection of cask ale, and all will be tapped after business has completed.

Food will be available upstairs at 12 Kings before and after the AGM.

Please RSVP by no later than Feb 15th, 2016. You must register in order to attend, as space is limited.

Meeting Agenda Invitation for Resolution: We want to hear from you! At this time, we invite all members to send resolutions to Danika Strecko (secretary@camravancouver.ca) to be included in the AGM meeting agenda.

**Please note, the AGM is for CAMRA Members only, please have your membership card ready along with government ID to ensure registration is smooth.
