Book Reading – Cold Case Vancouver by Eve Lazarus
240 East Cordova Street
Join us at the Vancouver Police Museum on Friday November 27 at 7PM for a book reading of Cold Case Vancouver with the author, Eve Lazarus. After select readings from her new book, Eve will take part in what promises to be a riveting discussion.
Cold Case Vancouver is the untold story of 50 years of unsolved murders. From the “Babes in the Woods” of 1953 to the 1994 disappearance of Nick and Lisa Masee, Lazarus breathes new life into these cold cases and tells the darker side of Vancouver’s past in a book that’s part history, part true crime story.
Earlier this month, Cold Case Vancouver became a best-seller on Amazon in the Intelligence category. Reviews of Eve’s previous books called her “an enthusiastic researcher, a quirky writer of prose, and an energetic amateur historian” (George Fetherling, The Georgia Straight) and have said that her stories “bring Vancouver’s past back to life” (the Outlook).
No tickets required. Standing room with seating for 20 people. Call 604-665-3346 to reserve a copy of the book for purchase.
