Join us for food tastings and cooking demonstrations, then stay to chat with exhibitors to learn about what we can all do to help maintain healthy waterways. We have an exciting line-up of local chefs who will demonstrate how to prepare delicious sustainable seafood in the Main Tent: Chris Whittaker (Forage), Robert Clark (The Fish Counter), Ian Lai, and Robert Uy (The Apron). Musical entertainment will be provided by local acts including Rio Samaya, the Richmond Delta Youth Orchestra, The Swagmen, and Roland and Emma Nipp. The chef’s demos will take place at the top of each hour.
After visiting Best Catch, stroll down to the Steveston Public Wharf and pick up some fresh seafood to try out the recipes when you get home.
Admission to the Cannery will be Free.
