Ben Lee (check out his work www.benleephoto.com, it’s amazing) is a Vancouver photographer who has now taken his photography skills abroad. As another young photographer, Ben has many, many years of greatness ahead of him.

One of Vancity Buzz’s goals is to highlight the people that make Vancouver so great. We started with models, because, well they’re beautiful and there are a so many of them in Vancouver and we’re guys. Now we are branching out and taking a look at the photographers in the city.

Last weekend I missed last Sunday’s Flickr compilation because, well I was just being lazy. This Sunday’s compilation is the Clayton Perry edition. A photographic artist and a couple of hundred people she recruited are spreading powerful words through a unique and innovative art exhibit. Love is a Many Splendoured Thing will open in Vancouver’s downtown core this June with a message that aims to counter negativity, hatred and fear in today’s world.

Jesse is a local Vancouver photographer with a talent for many genres of photography, including commercial, fashion, portraits, nightclub and events.
