Buyologic is just one example that brings together flash mob product testing and health issues to the forefront. We chatted with host Isla Traquair, renowned journalist, who came to Vancouver for a visit, but like many, fell in love and made the move. Produced by Anna and Kristina (of Anna and Kristina’s Grocery Bag), and takes product testing of health products to a new level and will feature her learnings on the Oprah Winfrey Network.

  5. Yoga Conference and Show Review

    Alright, so here we are after the Yoga Conference and Show! Hopefully many of you printed your free pass off the Yoga On The Flow Facebook page and went to check out the show, because it was a good one. There were so many booths that it took me all 3 days to be able to visit all of them. There were booths selling yoga props and yoga fashion, showcasing yoga studios, as well as booths about alternative health such as chiropractic care, Ayurveda, etc. I was also pleasantly surprised to see car2go at the Yoga Show and just had to go and say hello.

  6. Vancouver Yoga Conference and Show

    Vancouver will once again be hosting the Yoga Conference & Show this year at the Vancouver Convention and Exhibition Centre. Last year it was a 4 day conference and 3 day Yoga Show and a huge success! This year there will be a 3 day Conference and Show. The three day Yoga Show runs November 4-6 and tickets are $15. Ticket prices include 24 hours of Garden Yoga classes (39 classes), 120 exhibitors as well as 3 day show admission. Among the 120 exhibitors will be Vancouver’s own Halfmoon Yoga Products, be sure to stop by their booth and pick up some quality yoga props! The three day Yoga Conference also runs from November 4 – 6. With 130 workshops taught by 36 Internationally Renowned teachers, Individual class prices range from $46 – $198. Admist the 36 renowned teachers will be Chris Brandt who will be doing a workshop on Contact Partner Yoga with Teresa.
