Go Gluten-Free at EAT Vancouver (contest)
The bad news: more than 20 Million Canadians suffer from digestive disorders (source: Canadian Digestive Health Foundation). The good news: there has never been a better time to be gluten-free. As awareness of Celiac disease and the “wheat belly” syndrome grow, so do choices for those who suffer from them. Restaurants are becoming more aware and sympathetic, and offering more gluten-free choices, and there are now entire bakeries that are 100 per cent gluten-free.
