Today FHM released it’s annual poll of sexiest women in the world. The number one spot may come as a surprise to many. It certainly surprised us at Buzz HQ.

One of the top DJ’s in the world, Swedish born AVICII will be bringing his Levels Tour to Vancouver this July at the PNE Coliseum. Many know him from his monster hit In 2011 “Levels”, which sampled “Something’s Got a Hold On Me” by Etta James.  That track top the charts all over Europe and can be heard in numerous commercials and brought him to the mainstream masses. This show will be a great one.

Fresh off her first ever International Tour, Grammy nominated artist Nicki Minaj will be taking her Pink Friday Tour to North America. The 15 stop North American tour will begin July 16th in Chicago and wrap up August 12th in Vancouver. If the international tour is any indicator, tickets won’t be available for long. When Minaj first announced her plans for her Pink Friday International Tour, tickets for shows in the UK, Japan, and Australia were all sold out within hours.

Canadian Football League wide receiver Brad Smith will seek his soulmate as the star of “The Bachelor Canada” when it premieres this fall.

According to the Globe & Mail this morning the Hudson’s Bay Co. is in talks with upscale department store Bloomingdale’s to bring the store to Canada and Vancouver is one of three locations being touted as possible candidates. If this happens The Bay downtown will become an even greater destination for shoppers as it will house Topshop, Topman, The Room and possibly Bloomingdale’s. This is all in preparation for the soon to be announced arrival of Nordstrom in Vancouver. 

The Dark Knight Rises is the epic conclusion to filmmaker Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy. This is the third trailer. I can’t wait for this to come out.
