Vancouver’s revered cold-pressed juice company The Juicery Co. has recently announced plans to open a fourth location at 4236 Main Street.
Slated to open in August, co-owner Alex Troll reveals that the 2000 square foot space will feature a retail section, cleanse concierge, a smoothie bar, and an open concept, which will provide patrons with a full view of their kitchen.
Surrounded by like-minded businesses, such as Acorn and Meet on Main, The Juicery Co.’s new digs will also offer an expanded menu, featuring vegan snacks and health conscious grab-and-go food offerings, in addition to cold-pressed juices, nut mylks, and smoothies.
In terms of layout, the new space will house window seating, a long community table, a retail nook carrying a variety of unique goods and dry products, potentially a produce area, and a dedicated spot where people can sign up to the company’s ever-popular juice cleanses.
The Main Street space will also boast live video footage from The Juicery Co.’s newly acquired farm in Pemberton. “We are growing our first harvest this summer,” remarks Troll. The inaugural harvest will include cucumbers, celery, and kale.
While The Juicey Co.’s all-organic cold-pressed concoctions will continue to be made on-site at the Lonsdale location and delivered daily to the other stores, it will centralize its food production to the Main Street shopfront. With more room to play with the Main Street locale will supply all four locations with a range of healthy and sustainable food choices.
