Tents, sleeping bags, empty liquor containers – that’s some of the trash allegedly left at the Skwellepil Creek Rec Site by a group of graduating Surrey high school students, and now they’re being shamed online.

Photos posted to a B.C.-based Toyota truck enthusiasts Facebook group show heaps of garbage left at the otherwise pristine natural surroundings of the Fraser Valley campsite. A math worksheet left behind can be traced back to Elgin Park Secondary School.

Profane graffiti adorned nearby rocks and trees as well.

The person who posted the photos says they cleaned up the mess left behind.
