Four men’s teams and four women’s teams from B.C., Alberta, Ontario, and Eastern Canada will compete in the Burnaby tournament.
Tournament organizers describe Aussie Rules as one of Canada’s fastest growing sports.
“Not only will we witness some intense rivalries between provinces, the Canadian national team selection committee will be in force scouting players to represent Canada at the next International Cup in Australia,” said B.C.
