A whopping 300 patios are eligible for the extension; previous years saw 200 applications approved by the city.

If you’re a restauranteur and you want to keep your patio open late, here’s what you need to know:

  • You must have up-to-date insurance
  • All fees must be paid in full
  • You must not have any patio-related noise complaints on file in the past year

The program for extended patio hours originally launched in 2013 and has since grown.
