Kings Head Comedy

  • What: Every Tuesday, catch Kings Head Comedy: a stand-up comedy showcase hosted by Colin Sharp and James Kennedy and featured as part of the Just For Laughs Northwest Comedy Festival. Consistently packed with some of the best comedy fans in the city, audiences are rewarded with a stellar lineup of comics and $3.50 beers. Faces from HBO, Conan, and Just for Laughs bring the house down every week and keep crowds coming back for more. Tickets are only $5 at the door.

Vancouver Improv Fight Club: Bubble and Squeak vs Comic Obscura

The Fringe Presents: High Tea

  • What: James struggles to hold onto reality as Jamesy’s fantastical imagination eclipses conventional logic. Tea fills Jamesy’s apartment until its pressure breaks the fourth wall, inundating the audience and the entire world with a sea of tea. An uproariously playful and interactive show.

Movies in the Morgue- Hot Fuzz

  • What: The Vancouver Police Museum is proud to present Hot Fuzz, the next instalment of Movies in the Morgue, a monthly series of film screenings held right here at the old Vancouver city morgue.

Jazz at the Gallery

  • What: Jazz At The Gallery concerts begin with a tour of the current exhibition in the Gordon Smith Gallery, hosted by the exhibition’s curator, and transitions into a live performance in the gallery with stunning jazz sounds resonating off the artwork.
