Following in the footsteps of their popular Thanksgiving- and Christmas-To-Go feasts, Railtown’s Easter-To-Go package serves up a duo of hearty, handcrafted entrées, an array of seasonal side dishes, and a classic homestyle dessert. Available in small (four to six servings) or large (10 to 12 servings) sizes for $189 plus tax and $299 plus tax respectively, Railtown’s Easter To-Go packages may be ordered either ready-to-eat (hot) or ready-to-bake (cold).
Staying true to its ongoing commitment to the community that it calls home, a portion of proceeds from the sale of each package will again be donated to Railtown Catering’s neighbour, Mission Possible, a non-profit organization that provides street-level care for those with immediate and critical needs in the Downtown Eastside.

Cooking for your friends and family this Easter will be as simple as bringing your dinner up to temperature in your own oven, thanks to Boy With A Knife Catering. The locally-based catering company is offering a simple and easy service, which includes a full Easter dinner spread (think spring harvest greens and cider brined pork rib roast). It comes fully prepared and dropped off to your doorstep or picked up at the Richmond location in re-heatable containers. A two to five-person package is priced at $50 a head, while six or more people will be charged $40 each.

To celebrate the changing season, Truffles Fine Foods Chef Dave Bell has created a Spring Feast Easter Dinner To-Go, available for pickup March 25 through 27 at the four locations of Truffles. The menu combines a duo of fresh starters, choice of pan seared sea bass or dusted lamb sirloin, and a seasonal Berry-misu to finish. The four-person package is offered for $125 plus tax.
To order: Orders must be placed by 12 p.m. on Wednesday, March 23 to ensure pickup at any of the four locations (VanDeusen Kitchen, Davie Street, New Westminster, North Vancouver) on Friday 25, Saturday 26, and Sunday 27.
Easter Brunch on Grouse Mountain is a fun and delicious holiday outing for the whole family. Enjoy a buffet brunch (featuring an array of tasty eats), and an Easter Egg hunt led by the Easter Bunny. Tickets, which are priced at $50 per adult and $18 per child (4 to 12 years of age), include Skyride admission and access to Mountaintop activities.

Affectionately termed “Feaster,” YEW seafood + bar will be going all out for their annual family friendly Easter Brunch Buffet. On Sunday, March 27 (10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.) YEW will welcome friends and family to gather up and dig into a fabulous feast featuring an assortment of enticing dishes.
This year Easter Brunch has turned into a full-fledged brunch extravaganza. Highlights include a fresh selection of breakfast pastries, a raw bar featuring seasonal seafood (freshly shucked oysters and seafood charcuterie), carved roasts, and the Build Your Own Float and Sundae Station.

On Sunday, March 27 and Monday, March 28 all of The Flying Pig locations will feature an Easter Dinner special, which will include maple and mustard glazed ham leg, scalloped potatoes, and roasted organic carrots with buttered spring peas, all for $24.95 per person. Margaret’s Maple Sugar Pie is an additional $7 per person. For those who aren’t aware, Margaret is owner John Crook’s Mom. Easter Dinner starts at 5 p.m. and will be available while quantities last, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Families looking for a fun and filling way to spend Easter Sunday are invited to head on down to the Pan Pacific’s Cafe Pacifica for a seemingly endless Easter Brunch spread.
