The Surrey RCMP are searching for a robbery suspect who appears to be an Asian male wearing a long blonde wig, a patterned dress, a white wool sweater, and a pink toque.

On December 29 at around 6 p.m., the suspect entered a financial institute wearing the outfit and wig in the 15100 block of 101st Avenue in Surrey and proceeded to commit a robbery. Staff weren’t injured and the suspect fled on foot.

The Surrey RCMP Robbery Unit has been unable to identify the suspect to date and are asking for the public’s assistance.

If you recognize this person, contact the Surrey RCMP at 604-599-0502 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
