Free yoga classes? That’s just good karma.

To celebrate four years of bringing restorative, rejuvenating yoga to the people of Vancouver, Karma Teachers are celebrating by offering free classes all day on Friday, December 4.

Classes run from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., and feature a variety of programs from some of Vancouver’s most passionate and innovating yoga teachers.

Free yoga, free refreshments, live music: it’s a no-brainer. Bring a non-perishable food item to the class of your choice, and all collected foodstuffs will be donated to organizations helping those in need in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside.
