Ramen Danbo to open second location on Robson this November

Thanks to an overwhelmingly positive response from customers, Kitsilano’s Ramen Danbo has recently unveiled plans to open a second location at 1333 Robson Street.

Similar to the West 4th outpost near Burrard, which opened earlier this year and was the first restaurant outside of Japan for the Danbo chain, the new Robson Street branch will serve authentic and traditional Fukuoka-style Tonkotsu ramen.

In addition to offering Kaedama, an extra portion of noodles, Ramen Danbo lets diners customize their ramen by selecting the firmness of the noodles, the thickness of the broth, and a range of toppings, like soft-boiled eggs, nori (seaweed), additional Yakibuta Chashu Pork, pickled mustard greens, and Kikurage (cloud ear mushroom).

The ramen house is set to open mid-November. For further developments please check Ramen Danbo’s website.
