Anniversary dinner at @annalenayvr continued.. OCTOPUS. Grilled octopus, fingerling potatoes, sauce gribiche, lobster mayonnaise. Our favorite dish of the night. It’s those kind of food that we could just keep eating and eating. Love the aroma and flavor of grilled octopus, very tender and well done. Also love how there were different parts of the octopus in this dish! So generous with the portion too! Every component tasted fantastic on its own and when combined. Lobster mayonnaise brought a different level of seafood flavor to the octopus and potatoes, which was the highlight for me. Our waitress, Chelsea was very kind and offered us their house made bread for dipping into the sauce on the bottom of this plate. It was just amazing! Seriously, ask for their bread when you go! Some of the most tasty and toasty bread I’ve ever had in a restaurant! #annalenaxo #annalena #octopus
