It’s that time of year again. School is back in session, which means thousands of students will be heading to campus. To help you fuel the mind and body, we’re sharing some spots within UBC to chow down on that oh-so-tiny student budget. Check out these campus hotspots to eat for $10 or less!

With school going back it seems fitting that we turn our attention towards local watering holes, where students can unwind after a long day of lectures. At UBC there are a handful of places to enjoy a pint or two. Check out these spots where you can do just that and more.

Now with 100 years of history under its belt, the University of British Columbia has established quite a number of traditions over the years, such as defacing statues, storming walls and hosting massive outdoor concert parties.

It is a student’s right of passage to partake in at least a few time-honoured campus traditions, whether they’re university sanctioned or not. With four or five years as a student, here are a few must-do activities while at UBC.

UBC arguably has the most gorgeous campus out of any Vancouver post-secondary institution. As such, the vast expanse of land that encompasses the university has a plethora of outdoor activities on offer in a beautiful setting.
