North Vancouver RCMP are investigating what they believe to be a targeted homicide.

According to police, one man was found dead in North Vancouver, but details regarding when and where are still unknown to the public as police locate and notify the man’s family members.

“As police are in the very early stages of this homicide details to be released are minimal, however, our investigative theory supports this to be targeted,” said RCMP corporal Richard De Jong.

The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team has now taken over the case and will be providing updates as needed.
