Popular barre fitness studio, The Dailey Method will be hosting the grand opening of its new Kitsilano location on April 11.
Studio owners Jen and Karen Wyder invite you to come tour the studio and take a complimentary class Saturday, April 11 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The new studio is located in the heart of Kitsilano at 1735 West 4th Avenue, just east of Burrard Street on the north side, upper level. The 3000-square-foot location features two spacious studios, showers and an athletic-wear boutique.
The Dailey Method combines barre work, strength work and core conditioning through Yoga and Pilates exercises. Each instructor provides hands-on coaching to ensure you are getting a workout that is not only effective, but also safe for your body.
In addition to its barre classes, this studio will also offer a new class—The Dailey Cylce. This includes 30 minutes spent on high-performance Schwinn Carbon Blue bicycles, followed by 30 minutes of upper body toning, core strengthening and stretching. With The Dailey Method’s signature focus on alignment and form, this class delivers a balanced, full-body workout resulting in a high calorie burn.
