Knights of Dunsmuir: NHL Playoff Preview With "Rammer" & Sparling

Another episode of Knights of Dunsmuir eh. It’s the best time of the year when Canadians get together to drink beers, trash talk, punch holes into dry wall, cheer obnoxiously, and riot in the streets all while watching the second season of hockey called the NHL Playoffs.

So in the spirit of Lord Stanley’s Cup, Trevor and Jayme put together a “hockey panel” in the AMP Records studio to give our playoff predictions.

Why listen to paid experts on TSN or Sportsnet when you can make sound gambling decisions by listening to four good Canadian kids who actually know a thing about the sport.

Damien Cox? Nick Kypreos? Please. How about EA Sports NHL Producer “Rammer” Sean Ramjagsingh and Winnipeg Jets loving Comedian Alex Sparling?

Jayme is a Habs fan and Trevor rounds things out as a Canucks guy, so now we have a round table full of beers and knowledgeable opinions. Gloves were nearly dropped as we gave our first round predictions along with our Cup winners.

Now just for the record “the machine” that we we call the EA Sports NHL Playoff Simulator has predicted the Anaheim Ducks as the 2015 winner. Do you agree? It’s man vs. machine.

Have a listen to our little podcast and happy NHL playoffs you puck loving freaks.

Give Alex and “Rammer” a follow on Twitter.

You can find our show here on VanCity Buzz every Wednesday but what’s even better is you can listen to us anytime by SUBSCRIBING TO KNIGHTS OF DUNSMUIR ON ITUNES.

Thanks for the support. Make sure to join the realm and follow us on Twitter and please share our podcast’ian goodness.

Trevor Dueck Lover of film. I rate them with cute little raindrops. I'm also always on the lookout for interesting stories and experiences. Lover of talk radio and podcasting and occasionally host them. I do like writing about many other devious things. Favourite films of 2015 so far are "Ex Machina" and "Mad Max: Fury Road."
