Sonic Boom Festival

  • What: A festival of Contemporary Classical Music (New Music) showcasing new musical works by composers from B.C.
  • Where: The Orpheum

#dinnerpartyYVR

  • What: A one-of-a-kind simultaneous dinner party event. Enjoy a meal by donation right in the home of a Vancouver hobby chef. One hundred per cent of your contribution goes to a charity of the chef’s choice.
  • Where: Throughout Vancouver
  • When: Saturday, March 28

Stanley Park Easter Train

  • What: Ride the Easter Train, visit the Easter Bunny, go on an Easter egg hunt, join in games and craft workshops, and get your face painted.

  • What: Vancouver’s premier eco and healthy-living event for the whole family!

Winter Farmers Market

  • What: Shop locally grown produce and enjoy live music.
  • Where: Riley Park
  • When: Every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Hastings Park Farmers Market

  • What: Local produce, locally made crafts, and hot food trucks.
  • Where: Hastings Skatepark on Renfrew Street
  • When: Every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
