Saunders named the place after another restaurant that he enjoyed for this very reason. After visit a place in Ottawa, Ontario, Saunders noticed that all the combos were labeled #a, b, c, etc. Having enjoyed this moment so much, he carried this memory with him for years before opening his own place.
