Local Omnivore doing one night only Cheeseburger Pop-Up

For one night only the Local Omnivore food truck will be contained within four walls for a special Cheeseburger Pop-Up as part of the 337 Series of special food events.

Local Omnivore will be slinging burgers for a pretty sweet $15 combo deal: A cheeseburger made with meat from Blue Goose farm in Pemberton, hand-cut fries, and a beer. Looks like their motif for the event bears a striking resemblance to a very popular Southern Californian burger chain (who are pretty litigious, so we won’t name them here).

Serving up food on four wheels in Vancouver since October, Local Omnivore is all about delicious and ethically-sourced food.

The space for the pop-up, at 337 East Hastings, is a space in transition, but also with a purpose. Owned and operated by Shoel Davidson and Christina Cottell, owners of Gringo Gastown, the duo is using the venue for special food-centric events under the 337 Series banner while they prepare their own next permanent concept.

Seating for the Local Omnivore Cheeseburger Pop-Up is first come, first served, and product is available until it sells out – early arrivals are recommended.
