Win a weekday breakfast or weekend brunch for 4 people at Chambar’s newly renovated restaurant located in Crosstown.
This video will give you an idea of how adventure goes into every dish.
Treat yourself and 3 friends to one of Vancouver’s finest breakfast menus. Consistently recognized as Vancouver’s leading independent restaurant, Chambar has not only moved to a newly renovated space next door to the original location, they’re now open for breakfast, lunch, brunch, and dinner 7 days a week, 8am – Late.
Creating flavourful and popular daytime dishes is nothing new to Chambar Chef Nico Schuermans. The breakfast menu features some our favourites like the Fricassé served in an cast iron pan with braised short ribs, balsamic cippolini onions, potatoes, watercress, fried eggs, applewood smoked cheddar as well the L’Omellette whose mushrooms were featured in the video. This dish has forest mushrooms, cave aged gruyere, roasted tomatoes, Hannah Brook mixed greens, grilled focaccia. After breakfast Chambar is also adding on an exciting lineup of seasonal lunch options (which will soon include Chambar’s famous Moules Frites).
#CivilizedDebauchery – Whether it’s a bright and early morning breakfast, a hung over cocktail-fueled brunch, or a lavish night out on the town, Chambar has perfected a unique experience. So now when you consider going out for breakfast or lunch, do yourself a favour and check out the best new breakfast spot in Vancouver.
