Massive fire in Vancouver's Little India district

A massive fire is burning Thursday morning in Vancouver’s Little India district.

The fire began just before noon at the old Crossover building. Greg Nogradi, who was in a nearby laundromat, told Vancity Buzz the fire began at the back of the convenience store located there.

“I was in the laundromat and the owner ran over and said there was a fire,” said Nogradi. “It was just me and the female owner in the laundromat. I went over to the medical office next to the laundromat and told the people inside they all need to get out. As far as I know everyone is ok.”
