Bonchaz has tons of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options on their menu. We particularly like the Peanut Kale Salad and Quinoa & Black Bean Salad for $4.95.
Between 3 and 5pm select lunch items are half price, including this California Sandwich that comes with avocado, tomato, Monterey jack, mayo, and alfalfa sprouts on herb bread. Grab a patio seat and chow down for $4.65.

With three locations around Vancouver, you’re always able to get a fresh bowl of soup and never tire of the flavours that switch up daily. A large soup, stew, chili and chowder are $4.95 and all prices include GST.
You’d be hard pressed to find a place healthier than Tao Organics. Everything on the menu is raw, vegan, and wheat-free. While this may not look or taste like typical pizza, it still has tons of flavor for $4.80. If you can’t fathom eating raw food, you won’t be disappointed with the desserts. At $3.50 each, the Double Chocolate Cake will not disappoint.
