English Bay Cocktail

Soak up the last rays of summer with this ‘sunset in a glass.’ It starts out light and refreshing, full of bright botanicals from the gin, and ends with a slightly bitter blast from the Campari. This cocktail, named after Vancouver’s own English Bay, will leave you satisfied, relaxed and ready to enjoy the long weekend.


  • Boston shaker
  • Jigger
  • Hawthorne strainer
  • Fine mesh strainer


  • Coupe

English Bay Cocktail - Ingredients


  • 1.5 oz Long Table gin
  • 1.0 oz cucumber juice
  • 1.0 oz lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz honey water (half honey, half water)
  • 0.25 oz Campari
  • 3 dashes Bittered Sling Lem-Marrakech Bitters

English Bay - shaker English Bay - strainer


  • Chill the coupe glass
  • Add all ingredients to the shaker, minus the Campari
  • Add ice and shake for 15 seconds
  • Double strain ingredients to the coupe glass
  • Drizzle Campari to a layer at the bottom of the glass
