2. Chef James Xin Jiang Man BBQ

Chef James’ BBQ is infused with delicious seasonings and is a great snack while walking around the night market. You can not go wrong with meat on a stick. You can choose from AAA steak beef, chicken, lamb, honey garlic prawn and other tasty options.

3. The original Hurricane Potato Fries

You can not go to the night market and not have the famous Hurricane Potato Fries. This night market favourite is also available at the Richmond Night Market. There are a lot of other versions of Hurricane potato fries so make sure you get the originals. They use Yukon Gold potatoes and you get to choose two toppings or seasonings, hint they are all amazing. Not interested in potatoes? substitute it for fried zucchini instead.
