There is no doubt that the seawall along Stanley Park and downtown Vancouver is the most scenic and active running route in the city, and one of the most beautiful in the world. You have spectacular views of downtown Vancouver, the water, mountains and plenty of people.

The run is flat for the most part, making it the perfect spot for runners of all skill levels.

Start at the Convention Centre and culminate your run at English Bay.
