After four successful years in Canada connecting job seekers and employers, Vancouver based leading fashion career website, Style Nine to Five, has launched in New York.

As a result of escalating demand among fashion retailers, Style Nine to Five has decided to expand and offer recruitment and career-mentoring services in the United States, starting in New York.

Style Nine to Five’s current customers include some of the world’s most renowned fashion retailers, such as TOPSHOP, American Apparel, ALDO, H&M, Lululemon, and Michael Kors.

Our first posting with styleninetofive.com garnered us as many candidates as any of the larger recruiting sites…candidates were fashion/retail-focused…

In the search to fill over 300 positions last year, Style Nine to Five provided us with the best selection of candidates with the retail, fashion and customer service background we were looking for!

American companies have been inquiring about Style Nine to Five’s service for the past two years, leading up to the decision to go international. Future plans include expansion to other major urban markets, with the next center being California.

“The expansion into the US is a huge milestone for Style Nine to Five, and I’m excited to be branching out across the country, starting with New York and working towards a nationwide expansion,” said Christie Lohr, Founder of Style Nine to Five. “Fashion continues to grow and evolve at a rapid rate. I aim to bridge that gap between job seekers and employers worldwide.”

Style Nine to Five will also continue to feature daily blog posts on career advice from industry leaders, rising designers, the latest trends, and buzz-worthy collections in the fashion industry.
