In honour of Valentine’s Day, we’ve curated some of the most well known aphrodisiacs. What is an aphrodisiac? Well if don’t already know, you’re going to want to add this word to your vocabulary. An aphrodisiac is a food, herb, drink, or any other substance that increases sexual desire i.e. makes you want to get it on. Now calm down there, these spices and foods won’t turn your life into an epic Axe commercial, but will provide you with the nutrients and stamina to stimulate blood flow, increase sensitivity (in the “woohoo” area) and increase the production of the male and female hormones. They say sex starts in the kitchen, so cook your sweetheart and honeybun a delicious meal with these ingredients to end the night in the bedroom. Happy Valentine’s Day!
