New Rave Productions presents The 22nd Annual Wellness Show, the largest trade show in Western Canada dedicated to helping you live a more balanced and holistic lifestyle. This year’s Wellness Showtakes place February 14th, 15th and 16th, 2014 at the Vancouver Convention Centre East Building.

The Wellness Show features something for everyone: women, men, seniors and even kids! Learn about the very latest, cutting edge wellness practices, products and services, ask questions, sample, and get support with your wellness goals.

In addition to nearly 300 exhibitors who feature everything from healthy snacks, nutritional supplements, environmentally-responsible cleaning supplies, natural and vegan beauty supplies, holistic practitioners and organic foods, this year’s Wellness Show features over 100 workshops, demonstrations and guest speakers. These will be spread out over the weekend, on five different stages: Living Well, the Fitness Demonstration Stage, the Workshop Stage, Women & Wellness and the Celebrity Cooking Stage.

Turn up the heat this Valentine’s Day weekend with Claudia Mercado, chef and salsa dancer, who will making sexy food with chocolate. Warm up (literally), by trying out a new workout class, like Jumping Fitness (done on mini-trampolines), Nia (a combination of martial arts and yoga), or the MELT Method, which has been proven to help people with chronic pain.

February is heart month, so learn to take better care of your heart at a seminar on cardiovascular health by Dr. Boheimer, learn about stress and adrenal fatigue from Dr. Marr, get onto an anti-inflammatory diet with Julie Daniluk (host of The Healthy Gourmet), get a handle on your hormones with Lorna Vanderhaeghe, learn how to take better care of your psychological health and wellness with Dr. Joti Samra (host of Million Dollar Neighborhood) and how to make apple-packed pancakes with Julie Van Rosendaal (of Dinner with Julie).

You’ll find the latest and greatest products and services to give you energy, relax, pamper, soothe, and make you naturally healthy and beautiful. Snack your way around the show and sample the best in gluten-free, organic, raw and other health foods, supplements and vitamins, as well as enjoying dishes prepared by top celebrity chefs.

Location: Vancouver Convention Centre, East Building Exhibit Hall B & C, 999 Canada Place. Ticket prices are: $14.50 (General Admission), $12.50 (Seniors & Students), $6.00 (Children 6-15), and FREE (Children 5 & Under), 3 Day Passes are available for $30.

Admission is available at the door, or may be purchased in advance online.
