Launched last week, AskCompass.ca provides a convenient, one-stop source for customer questions and answers about the new Compass system.

AskCompass.ca is an easy and fast way for customers to get detailed answers to their questions. An automatic smart-search function means answers to some questions will be instantaneous. Like a wiki, the wealth of knowledge and information on the site will grow, creating an enriched site that visitors can access regularly to get answers and become better informed about Compass.

The more questions customers ask, the more answers there will be on the site; it will become a robust repository and go-to resource for our customers in the coming months and years.

AskCompass.ca is part of TransLink’s comprehensive education and awareness program in support of the new Compass Card and fare gate system, to ensure customers understand how to use the system. The site will include text, videos, infographics and images to answer questions in an easy-to-understand way.

TransLink launched AskCompass.ca for customer convenience. Standard communications channels like email and the call centre will also remain, meaning customers can connect with TransLink in the way that works best for them.
