West Coast British Columbia is a local clothing business that started up in White Rock three years ago. The main motive for the company is to offer people a line of apparel that allows them to represent the West Coast. This business grew very rapidly as there was steady demand for the products. The first two designs of t-shirts were a huge success, and led to expanding the selection of products to hoodies, tank tops and hats.

The charity aspect of WCBC played a big role in driving the business forward. During the time that Japan was hit with the tragic earthquake in 2011, WCBC decided to sell Japan Charity t-shirts and donate 100 per cent of the profits towards the Red Cross.

The founder, Kris Kim, is a Korean-Canadian who moved to Vancouver at the age of 11. Kris is currently a student at Simon Fraser University, studying Criminology.

WCBC is currently holding a promotion, selling their hoodies all for $25 each. If you buy three hoodies, you get the hat of your choice for free. With their unique and distinct logo of the West Coast blended into the Canadian Maple Leaf, their articles of clothing are sure to stand out and represent the West Coast as the best coast.
