VENUE: The Theatre inside UBC at Robson Square in downtown Vancouver. UBC at Robson Square is between Howe and Hornby and just south of the Vancouver Art Gallery. The entrance to UBC at Robson Square is on the west side of the ice rink.

SKYTRAIN: UBC at Robson Square is 400 meters south of the Burrard Station and 200 meters west of the Vancouver City Centre Station.

PARKING: You can park underneath UBC Robson Square all day for just $4.50. To get into the parking lot, drive south on Howe and move into the right hand lane after you cross Smithe; just before the traffic lights at Howe and Nelson, make a sharp right hand turn onto a ramp that will take you down to the parking lot. In the parking lot follow the signs for The University of British Columbia. Take the elevator in the north-west corner of the parking lot to the Classrooms level.

DRESS: Casual. Several layers are suggested. Please don’t wear any fragrance in consideration of other seminar attendees who might be allergic. Thank you.

REFRESHMENTS: Water will be available throughout the day.

TUITION FEE: The earlybird tuition fee is $27 + $3.24 HST = $30.24 until December 31, 2012. Thereafter, the regular tuition fee applies: $57 + $6.84 HST = $63.84. The tuition fee includes a handout.
