The Rio Theatre is excited to unveil the first wave of programming for the upcoming Rio Grind Film Festival, November 2-4. In its first year, the Rio Grind has managed to amass an impressive array of horror, sci-fi, grind house, exploitation, short and documentary films from around the world – including a number of Canadian, Western Canadian, and BC premieres. We at Vancity Buzz are proud to be  presenting “Smoked”.
