Who doesn’t love omelettes? For all the omelette lovers out there, there’s one restaurant that you must try for brunch: Paul’s Place Omelettery. This restaurant specializes in making all sorts of exciting omelettes that will keep you coming back. Located in Fairview just before the Granville Street bridge, this restaurant is an easy place to stop by on a morning before heading downtown.

An intriguing omelette that can be found at Paul’s Place is their Devon Omelette. This monster of an omelette has salmon and shrimp inside it along with some veggies. It has a distinctive flavour that sets it apart from traditional omelettes, and thus calls to all adventurous foodies.

Other than omelettes, this restaurant also has a wide variety of other breakfast items. Their Corned Beef Hash is a loveable and decadent dish because it has big portions of all the goodies in it: beef, potatoes, and cheese. They really do a great job of this classic American breakfast dish. It also doesn’t hurt that it is topped off with a perfectly poached egg.

To end off your brunch on a sweet note, the Cinnamon French Toast is highly recommended. Each order has six slices, which makes it an easy-to-share side dish. This toast has just the right amount of sweetness in it and has an irresistible chewy texture. You can add even more flavour (and Canadianess) to it by pouring some syrup over top.

Paul’s Place Omelettery provides its guests with impressive traditional brunch experiences. After all, classic American breakfast items have made it this far in history for a reason, and this restaurant continues to support that. The other nice thing about Paul’s place is that they have a very reasonable price point; ~$20 should be more than enough to get you a full meal with a cup of coffee here. So next time your omelette craving hits you, this is where you should go!
